Taggbox Analytics helps you to track the impact and engagement of your social media wall. You can use it to generate reports and keep a track on how your social media content is performing.<\/span><\/p>\n

How to Enable Analytics?<\/h2>\n

Step 1. <\/strong>Once you have created a wall, open the Wall Editor.<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 2.<\/strong> With the help of \u201cAdd Feeds<\/strong>\u201d, choose the correct feed source to integrate the desired social media feeds to your wall.<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 3.<\/strong> Now, click on the Analytics option<\/strong>. (You will find it on the left sidebar in Wall editor).<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 4.<\/strong> A new tab will open. Here, click on \u201cEnable Analytics<\/strong>\u201d to enable the analytics for your wall.<\/span><\/p>\n

You have successfully activated the Analytics option for your wall. You can see two sections here – the Engagement Analytics<\/strong> and the Web Analytics<\/strong>. Let\u2019s start by explaining the Engagement Analytics.  <\/span><\/p>\n

Engagement Analytics<\/h2>\n

Engagement Analytics provides you with the result of last week\u2019s as well as a month\u2019s activity across all feeds. You can also look for a different result by adjusting the date range<\/strong>. You could also filter your feed Analytics through the filter option<\/strong> available.<\/span><\/p>\n

Total Impressions<\/h3>\n

Shows the total number of times users have seen the campaign over a period of time. You can also see in graphical form.<\/span><\/p>\n

Total Posts<\/h3>\n

Shows the total number of posts aggregated on the social wall (Both public and private).<\/span><\/p>\n

Public Posts<\/h3>\n

Shows the total number of posts that are public or approved to be public through moderation.<\/span><\/p>\n

Private Posts<\/h3>\n

Shows the total number of posts that are private or are still in the moderation queue.<\/span><\/p>\n

Posts Type<\/h3>\n

Reflects the post type such as images, text, video, etc.<\/p>\n

Posts Networks<\/h3>\n

Displays the posts per social network.<\/p>\n

Influential Contributors<\/h3>\n

Displays a list of users ranked by the maximum number of followers.<\/p>\n

Most Active Users<\/h3>\n

Displays a list of users sorted by maximum number of posts.<\/p>\n

Sentiment Statistics<\/h3>\n

Displays the sentiment statistics of users based on our AI enabled algorithms. It displays if a brand\u2019s hashtag has got strong positive or strong negative reactions.<\/p>\n

It shows the top 10 positive and negative posts of users.<\/p>\n

Top 5 Locations<\/h3>\n

Displays the posts country wise (the data is only for Twitter users).<\/p>\n

World Map<\/h3>\n

Shows pointers of locations around the globe only for Twitter posts.<\/p>\n

Web Analytics<\/h2>\n

It is especially for website embeds and gives you result of the last week\u2019s activity across all feeds.<\/span><\/p>\n

Active Users<\/h3>\n

Reflects the number of users active on your website.<\/span><\/p>\n

Total Visitors<\/h3>\n

Reflects the total number of visitors on your website.<\/span><\/p>\n

Post Clicks<\/h3>\n

Shows the total number of times posts have been clicked on your website.<\/span><\/p>\n

Show More<\/h3>\n

Number of times users click on Show more on your wall.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sentiment Statistics<\/h3>\n
