On 4th April 2018, Instagram updated its API without advance notice due to these changes; these changes can affect many Instagram API users.
Instagram Update
Due to the sudden changes from Instagram in their API, there have been changes in the way Instagram provides data. From now onwards, Instagram will not provide any data for other users handles automatically. Effectively that means, you can only pull data from the handles for which you have both Instagram login and password. So, if you want to add multiple handles then you need Instagram passwords for all of those accounts.
If you are an existing user of Taggbox then follow steps below to Re-Authorize your Instagram account. And make sure your Instagram feeds are working fine on your Taggbox account.
Re-Authorize Instagram Account
1) Log on to your Taggbox account and navigate to your wall editor.
2) Click on Manage feeds under Feeds option –
3) Click on the Re-Authorize icon and Log into the Instagram from the added handle account.
Note: If you don’t have the credentials for added handle account then you will no longer be able to get new posts from Instagram due to change in their API policy.
4) You’re done but if you have multiple handles then make sure you log out Instagram from the previous account to Re-Authorize another handle with the owner login credentials.
