Taggbox is looking for a Community Growth Associate to build and scale strong, engaged communities through organic and community-led marketing. This role focuses on driving awareness, engagement, and product adoption via platforms like Reddit, LinkedIn, Slack/Discord, and other community forums—without relying heavily on paid promotions.
You’ll play a key role in growing Taggbox organically by nurturing conversations, creating value-driven content, and turning users into long-term advocates.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and grow communities on platforms like Reddit, LinkedIn Groups, Slack, Discord, and forums
- Actively participate in Reddit discussions (relevant subreddits) to drive organic brand visibility without spamming
- Plan and execute organic community growth strategies focused on engagement, retention, and advocacy
- Create discussion threads, polls, AMAs, product tips, and educational posts to spark conversations
- Identify community trends, questions, and pain points to shape organic content ideas
- Collaborate with marketing to repurpose community insights into blogs, social posts, and case studies
- Onboard new users and help them understand Taggbox through community touchpoints
- Identify power users and convert them into brand advocates and contributors
- Collect community feedback and share actionable insights with Product and Customer Success teams
- Track organic community KPIs such as engagement rate, active members, referrals, and sentiment
- Ensure healthy moderation and maintain a positive, value-first community culture
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0-1 years of experience in community growth, organic marketing, or social engagement
- Hands-on experience with Reddit marketing and community participation
- Strong written communication and storytelling skills
- Understanding of organic growth tactics (content, conversations, SEO-led thinking
- Experience working with SaaS, martech, or creator-driven products is a plus
- Ability to analyze engagement metrics and optimize organic strategies
- Self-starter mindset with a strong sense of ownership
Good to Have
- Experience with product-led growth (PLG) or community-led growth (CLG)
- Knowledge of influencer or ambassador programs
- Experience hosting webinars, virtual events, or online workshops
