Refund Policy

First Subscription

Refund requests made after the applicable refund window from the initial purchase date will not be eligible for a refund for the current billing period. Once the refund window has passed, users will no longer be eligible for a refund.

In case of an approved refund within the refund window, a processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount. The processing fee is 5.5% of the transaction value. For payments made via 2Checkout, a 6% processing fee will be deducted.

Annual Plan: 15 days
Monthly Plan: 7 days

Processing Time

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Access After Refund

  • Upon refund approval, access to paid features will be revoked immediately.

2. Subscription Cancellations (Renewals)

To ensure structured account management and better visibility, we require advance notice for subscription cancellations.

Cancellation Notice Period

  • Annual Plans: Cancellation request must be submitted at least 30 days before the renewal date.
  • Monthly Plans: Cancellation request must be submitted at least 15 days before the renewal date.

Important Notes

  • Cancellation requests received after the required notice period will be processed at the end of the next billing cycle.
  • The subscription will remain active until the end of that billing cycle.
  • Charges processed due to late cancellation requests are non-refundable.

Example:

If your monthly plan renews on March 1, you must submit your cancellation request by February 14 to avoid the next charge.

How to Request Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted via:
  • Email to billing@taggbox.com, or
  • Through the account dashboard (if available)

Requests made through other communication channels may not be considered valid.

3. Exceptions

We understand that unique or critical circumstances may arise.

  • Exceptions to this policy are rare and reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of our support team.
  • Approval of an exception is not guaranteed.
  • Consideration may be given in cases such as verified billing errors or significant service issues.
