How do I Cancel my Paid plan?

When you are logged in, go to your account page and cancel the subscription. One of our success managers will reach out to confirm your cancellation. You will have access to your account until the end of your current billing period. Please note that all your collected posts and walls will be deleted once your current billing period runs out.

What do I need to Social Wall (Display) on digital screens?

Taggbox Social Wall (Display) provides hassle-free display options. You can choose to display your social wall as per your device availability

Do you have a referral/affiliate program?

We do have an affiliate program. If you have clients, feel free to get in touch with us. We already have design/marketing agencies working with us as our partners.

Can you help me customize my Display Wall?

Of course! Our skilled in-house agency team can offer their expertise in customizing your display Wall to ANYTHING you like. From content play to eye-catching designs, we promise to deliver exactly the experience you are looking for, even with tight deadlines.

What happens to my data after the trial/paid plan period gets over?

Your account stays with us. You can choose to log in and upgrade anytime in the future. However, your display walls will be deleted once your trial plan is over. Also you can download all post images on your registered email after the event is done.

Can I control my Taggbox Social Wall (Display) from my mobile device?

Yes, our interface is fully responsive so that you have full access using any device, including your smartphone and tablets.

How do I make payments?

You can pay by Credit Card or via your PayPal account. Our online payment gateway partner 2checkout.com supports both of them.

How fast will Taggbox collect and display new content?

Once you’ve enabled real-time updates, new posts will be collected in less than one minute. If you’ve enabled full moderation, new posts will be published once they’ve been approved.

Can I cancel my subscription later?

Yes, you can do that inside the Accounts section of your dashboard. In this case, your subscription will not automatically renew and your Taggbox account will get immediately deactivated. However, the payment already made will not be refundable.

Is it possible to manage multiple screens from a central location?

Yes, you can have multiple screens in multiple locations and manage them all from wherever you happen to be by logging into the display editor page.

My event is longer than 24 hours, do you offer a solution for that?

Yes, you can purchase additional days during the plan purchase. Purchase can also be made later on OR during the event.

Can I switch plans?

Anytime! You can upgrade/downgrade the plans anytime.

Are these recurring plans?

Yes. Except for the event pass, all other plans are recurring. The money will be charged every month. You can cancel/upgrade/downgrade the plan anytime from the Accounts section.

Should I buy the event pass on the day of my event?

Not necessarily, you can buy the event pass anytime but we recommend buying it at least 48 hours prior to the event. You can even buy the pass up to one month in advance. It will give you enough time to set up, customize, and check the display on your screen size.

Why do I see slow updates even after the purchase of the event pass?

When you subscribe to the event pass, it will be switched to the event setup plan which has an update time of 4 hours. It means that your next new social media posts will take up to 4 hours to update on your social wall. On event day, your Event setup plan will be converted into an Event plan which has an Instant update time and you will get real-time updates during your event.

Do you provide invoice based billing?

Yes. Only for customers who have opted for our Enterprise plan.

How to Add UGC Rights to My Plan?

After purchasing any paid plan you can simply add a Rights Management addon to it.

What if My Event Got Postponed?

In case of any delay or postponement of the event, you can reach out to our customer success team or account manager to reschedule your event plan. However, the payment already made will be non-refundable.
