Stop scamming people. I have been scammed
I would prefer more features for the widget that you can add to your website. But that's probably already possible with some coding skills ;)
At first it felt like it wasn't quite yet finished but it was more than a year ago and now I have no such concerns.
The interface is clean and clear and all is well organized. It is capable of capturing written or short video testimonials, and through widget, reviews can be integrated into your own website.
At the moment the generated report output is .xlsx, would love to have visually appealing PDF-file or something available out of reports also. But have to say that in the dashboard you see the overview, summary and details of answers clearly and easily.
The product is quite ready for use. It might need some advanced tools to some organizations, but to us (medium-sized company) it suits well.
Trustmary is filled with complications, and here’s the most complicated one: its price. (Phew! We said it.) They offer four Plans: Solo, Starter, Business, and Scale. These are already divided plans, but their price is only visible when you choose the number of views and survey responses. Despite choosing the most inexpensive plan and fundamental views and responses, the starting price is still $40 per month. Below is a summary of all the other plans :
Solo
$0/month
Trustmary’s Solo Plan is priced at $0 and offers 200 monthly views and five monthly responses to widgets. It’s an elementary plan, with its only highlight being that you can get 60 responses each year on your survey forms from customers.
Starter
$19/month
Trustmary’s Starter pack costs $19 monthly and includes unlimited surveys, basic reporting, and up to 240 responses per year. Of course, compared to the solo pack, it offers more features, like customizing your profile picture and page, three platform connections, and sharing options. But it doesn’t offer CRM Integrations or Phone Support.
Business
$59/month
At $59 per month, this plan offers advanced features like automation, CRM tool integration, and up to 600 yearly responses. It offers almost everything with customization and unlimited options. However, looking at the number of complaints for Trustmary, we’d probably be wary before applying it to our business.
Scale
$129/month
At $129 per month, there’s nearly everything in the Business plan, with 6,000 yearly responses and priority support. This plan promises to help you scale your business and offers various choices to turn your questionnaire a certain way, from MCQs to yes/no or image/video responses. However, the customers aren’t really delighted with the limited options.
Trustmary allows widgets and customization of public profile pages, but the options are limited. Customizing widgets with CSS is possible, which lets users tweak aspects like borders, fonts, and layouts. However, the basic themes offer only foundational adjustments rather than advanced design freedom. Public review pages are automatically generated, but only paying users can make substantial edits, such as adding banners, logos, and custom CTAs. This page can improve SEO by indexing reviews under a strong domain.
From a one-star to a five-star rating, this option differentiates them from their competitors in the industry and is most commonly used in review collections. Customers often prefer to rate products/services based on stars without enough text-based content or when they are in a hurry. It is a powerful insight into their reviews and is taken at face value.
Trustmary includes analytics in all plans except the basic free tier. The more advanced plans provide detailed reports on review performance and user engagement. However, moderation tools for review curation appear minimal, primarily relying on selective display options or manual review selection.
Trustmary offers five plans with clear distinctions, but there’s a catch—they’re pricey. Even their basic plan starts at $40, double the cost of Tagbox’s entry-level offering. While it provides a few perks, it skips on essentials like unlimited reviews and doesn’t even remove Trustmary’s branding.
The Starter plan includes multi-language support, customizable forms, and anonymized responses. However, it slaps Trustmary’s branding all over your content and lacks CRM integrations with tools like HubSpot and Zapier.
Their business and Scale plans are nearly identical, with the only fundamental differences being the price tag and scale—not precisely the variety you’d hope for when upgrading.
