When you are logged in, go to your account page and cancel the subscription. One of our success managers will reach out to confirm your cancellation. You will have access to your account until the end of your current billing period. Please note that all your collected posts and walls will be deleted once your current billing period runs out.

Taggbox Social Wall (Display) provides hassle-free display options. You can choose to display your social wall as per your device availability

• Cast: You can cast your computer/laptop’s browser tab with a connected display screen to showcase social wall by using any casting/mirroring devices like, chromecast, miracast etc.
• Taggbox Display App: Apart from this we also have applications available to help you display social media feeds on big screens without needing a computer/laptop. Download our app here. Taggbox Display Android app, Taggbox Display FireTv Stick App , Aptoide TV app.
• Digital Signage Software: You can choose to display your wall leveraging the various integration options available on renowned digital signage software platforms. Eg. Screencloud, onsign.tv, optisigns, risevision etc.
• Virtual Event Platform: We provide HTML embed code to display social wall in virtual event platform.
• Wired: Connect with Standard VGA/HDMI Cable.

Your account stays with us. You can choose to log in and upgrade anytime in the future. However, your display walls will be deleted once your trial plan is over. Also you can download all post images on your registered email after the event is done.

Yes, our interface is fully responsive so that you have full access using any device, including your smartphone and tablets.

You can pay by Credit Card or via your PayPal account. Our online payment gateway partner 2checkout.com supports both of them.

Once you’ve enabled real-time updates, new posts will be collected in less than one minute. If you’ve enabled full moderation, new posts will be published once they’ve been approved.

Yes, you can do that inside the Accounts section of your dashboard. In this case, your subscription will not automatically renew and your Taggbox account will get immediately deactivated. However, the payment already made will not be refundable.

Yes, you can have multiple screens in multiple locations and manage them all from wherever you happen to be by logging into the display editor page.

Yes, you can purchase additional days during the plan purchase. Purchase can also be made later on OR during the event.

Anytime! You can upgrade/downgrade the plans anytime.

Yes. Except for the event pass, all other plans are recurring. The money will be charged every month. You can cancel/upgrade/downgrade the plan anytime from the Accounts section.

Not necessarily, you can buy the event pass anytime but we recommend buying it at least 48 hours prior to the event. You can even buy the pass up to one month in advance. It will give you enough time to set up, customize, and check the display on your screen size.

When you subscribe to the event pass, it will be switched to the event setup plan which has an update time of 4 hours. It means that your next new social media posts will take up to 4 hours to update on your social wall. On event day, your Event setup plan will be converted into an Event plan which has an Instant update time and you will get real-time updates during your event.

Yes. Only for customers who have opted for our Enterprise plan.

After purchasing any paid plan you can simply add a Rights Management addon to it.

In case of any delay or postponement of the event, you can reach out to our customer success team or account manager to reschedule your event plan. However, the payment already made will be non-refundable.
