We are looking for an experienced Sr. Sales Manager to drive our inbound sales efforts for the UK & US market. This role requires managing a team working in all shifts, ensuring strong pipeline generation, and aligning closely with international sales teams.

Shift Timing:

  • UK Shift (IST): 1:30 PM – 11:00 PM
  • US Shift (IST): 6:30 PM – 4 AM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of SDRs focused on the UK/US region.
  • Drive outbound prospecting strategies tailored to the UK/US market.
  • Ensure consistent achievement of team targets (meetings, SQLs, pipeline).
  • Coach team members on cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting aligned with UK audience behavior.
  • Monitor team performance, KPIs, and daily activities (calls, emails, connect rates).
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product/Tech teams for client campaigns and customizations.
  • Work closely with SDRs to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion.
  • Optimize outreach cadences, scripts, and processes for better conversion.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and generate performance reports for leadership.
  • Conduct regular training, shadowing sessions, and performance reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Development / Business Development (preferably SaaS).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in team handling or leadership role.
  • Proven experience working with UK/US markets.
  • Strong understanding of inbound sales strategies and buyer personas in the UK/US.
  • Excellent communication skills with neutral/accent adaptability for UK/US clients.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
