We are looking for an experienced Sr. Sales Manager to drive our inbound sales efforts for the UK & US market. This role requires managing a team working in all shifts, ensuring strong pipeline generation, and aligning closely with international sales teams.
Shift Timing:
- UK Shift (IST): 1:30 PM β 11:00 PM
- US Shift (IST): 6:30 PM – 4 AM
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of SDRs focused on the UK/US region.
- Drive outbound prospecting strategies tailored to the UK/US market.
- Ensure consistent achievement of team targets (meetings, SQLs, pipeline).
- Coach team members on cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting aligned with UK audience behavior.
- Monitor team performance, KPIs, and daily activities (calls, emails, connect rates).
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product/Tech teams for client campaigns and customizations.
- Work closely with SDRs to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion.
- Optimize outreach cadences, scripts, and processes for better conversion.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and generate performance reports for leadership.
- Conduct regular training, shadowing sessions, and performance reviews.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Development / Business Development (preferably SaaS).
- Minimum 1β2 years of experience in team handling or leadership role.
- Proven experience working with UK/US markets.
- Strong understanding of inbound sales strategies and buyer personas in the UK/US.
- Excellent communication skills with neutral/accent adaptability for UK/US clients.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
