I can't get any support, and I just paid for 3 widgets (Google Reviews, Yelp Reviews, Facebook Reviews). I was given a price break this year, $48 per widget per year, but next year, it goes to $60.00 per widget. Since yesterday, I have paid $144!
I loved the app, and was actively using it. Spent hundreds of dollars as an early supporter and they decided to downgrade unilaterally the plan we have with scammy excuses. I hope they reconsider their steps, i totally lost faith in them and i won't encourage anyone to trust after they did this to us. Really bad.
Elfsight sells a widget for displaying Trustpilot reviews. However this widget is not permitted by Trustpilot and they will threaten to disable your account if you do not remove the widget. Had I paid yearly, this would have resulted in a loss of income.
5 point to widget, 1 for support. I have write an email to them 5 days ago, but i don't receive any reply.
They seem to have hit some large scale technical issues which have completely broken the service for us. They acknowledge the problem, but it's been down for days. We initially got a response and engagement from their support, but now we are not able to raise any help when following up. In fact, it looks like our original request for help was deleted. We are unable to raise help via phone. And when trying to post to their community forum, we are met with the similar "broken page" that we are getting from their core service. Very disappointed.
The pricing can be confusing. We only want to use 1 widget on multiples sites in multiple variations and there doesn't seem to be a plan that is plug and play for us exactly.
We say it with the best intentions, but Elfsight has one of the most complicated pricing structures. At first glance through the Pricing structure, the Single App plan can have you jumping with joy.
Free Forever
$0/month
Elfisght’s Free Plan is priced at 0 dollars and is considered okay for testing purposes. It offers unlimited websites; about 200 views are accessed with just one widget. The only additional features it offers are bug fixes and Branding.
Basic
$15/month
Elfsight's Basic plan is acceptable for low-traffic websites. For just $15 monthly, it provides 85 apps, unlimited websites, and about 5000 people to view your content and three other widgets. It also offers basic features like customization, free installation services, support, and a 100% ad-free experience.
Pro
$30/month
Elfsight's Pro plan, priced at $30 per month, seems ideal for growing businesses. It offers a comprehensive suite of features, including unlimited websites, 50,000 views, nine widgets, three projects, one collaborator, advanced customization options, free installation service, priority support, and a 100% ad-free experience. This makes it an attractive option for businesses looking to expand their online presence without breaking the bank. It only offers two more features for double the price compared to the Basic Plan.
Premium
$60/month
Elfsight's Premium plan, priced at $60 monthly, seems ideal for high-traffic websites. It offers unlimited websites, 150,000 views, 21 widgets, nine projects, three collaborators, advanced customization options, free installation service, priority support with live chat, and a 100% ad-free experience. This option offers just more options along with live chat and isn’t much different from the Pro plan.
However, it needs to catch up when it comes to advanced personalization options, such as a CTA button that enables users to take action or a Custom CSS button for advanced personalization.
Elfsight lacks immediate support options in most plans, making it an extremely unreliable platform.
Elfsight offers two types of plans, further divided by the number of platforms offered.
One is called the Single App plan, which has four plans. The next one is called the 92 Apps Pack, which has three plans. The only thing you should remember while choosing either of these plans is that they are divided into two categories: pricing and number of platforms.
Let’s Understand this Bit, Shall We?
Well, the Single App plan, which offers only one Platform, has four further subdivisions: the Free, Basic, Pro, and Premium plans, which start at $0 and go up to $20. This bundle is recommended for low- and high-traffic websites and offers widgets, views, support, and customization options.
The 92 Apps Pack has three further plans: Basic, Pro, and Premium services. Thankfully, these offer at least 85 platforms, along with minimum 5,000 views, increasing number of projects and collaborators, and the same features like customisation, installation, priority support, live chat, and 100% ad-free services.
