Social Media Intern

We are seeking a Social Media Intern who will help us plan, execute & optimize our company product (Tagbox). You will work, collaborate with your senior members who will keep a track of your work & will guide you during your internship. The selected intern has to work on the following:
● Assist in the creation, scheduling, and publishing of content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
● Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement, and feedback.
● Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and foster a positive online community.
● Support the development of social media campaigns and promotions.
● Conduct research on current trends and audience preferences to enhance content strategies.
● Assist in tracking and analyzing social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
● Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop new ideas for content and engagement.
● Help in managing social media partnerships and influencer collaborations.
● Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
● Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on social media strategies.

Skills Required:
● Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
● Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
● Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
● Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is an advantage.
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to learn.
