Social media feeds to elevate your website’s engagement.
Best for: businesses seeking a user-friendly tool with versatile widget options.SociableKIT is a platform that collects social media feeds from various social accounts (X, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) and displays them on websites where you wish to showcase them.
How does it help anyone?
For businesses, customers can directly view content that other customers have made and display it on the website, building social trust. This, in turn, brings in many more visitors, engagement, and traffic to the website.
SociableKIT integrates with popular website builders like WordPress, Squarespace, and Shopify, which is handy for quick setups. However, the customization options are plain compared to those of its competitors. It’s functional but not particularly feature-rich.

I can't get any support, and I just paid for 3 widgets (Google Reviews, Yelp Reviews, Facebook Reviews). I was given a price break this year, $48 per widget per year, but next year, it goes to $60.00 per widget. Since yesterday, I have paid $144!
I loved the app, and was actively using it. Spent hundreds of dollars as an early supporter and they decided to downgrade unilaterally the plan we have with scammy excuses. I hope they reconsider their steps, i totally lost faith in them and i won't encourage anyone to trust after they did this to us. Really bad.
Elfsight sells a widget for displaying Trustpilot reviews. However this widget is not permitted by Trustpilot and they will threaten to disable your account if you do not remove the widget. Had I paid yearly, this would have resulted in a loss of income.
5 point to widget, 1 for support. I have write an email to them 5 days ago, but i don't receive any reply.
They seem to have hit some large scale technical issues which have completely broken the service for us. They acknowledge the problem, but it's been down for days. We initially got a response and engagement from their support, but now we are not able to raise any help when following up. In fact, it looks like our original request for help was deleted. We are unable to raise help via phone. And when trying to post to their community forum, we are met with the similar "broken page" that we are getting from their core service. Very disappointed.
The pricing can be confusing. We only want to use 1 widget on multiples sites in multiple variations and there doesn't seem to be a plan that is plug and play for us exactly.
SociableKIT provides various pricing options, the plans come with limitations that may not be suitable for businesses looking to scale effectively. The Free Plan offers minimal functionality, while the paid plans either lack flexibility or become costly as needs grow. For businesses requiring advanced integrations, automation, and scalable solutions, it may be worth exploring alternative platforms that provide better value for money.
Free Plan
$0/month
The Basic Plan by SociableKIT is for users needing an entry-level social media widget solution. It includes five accessible sources, letting you connect only a handful of accounts or feeds—enough to get started but potentially limiting. The plan offers basic support, meaning you’ll get assistance with general questions, but don’t expect one-on-one hand-holding. With sync requests, your widgets will stay updated, though the speed and frequency may not match higher-tier plans. You’ll also have access to a help center that offers guides and resources for troubleshooting. This plan is perfect for those exploring social media integrations on a smaller scale but may lack the features and flexibility for users with more complex needs.
BusinessKIT1
$10/month
This plan may seem like a good starting point, but it’s far from enough for small- to medium-sized businesses aiming to scale. With just "1 business source," live chat and email support, manual moderation, and updates, it falls short of flexibility and efficiency. Relying on a single source limits growth potential, while slow response times from email support and manual moderation can lead to missed opportunities and inconsistent customer experiences.
EliteKIT1
$20/month
This plan may seem impressive, but it needs to catch up in several key areas. While it offers features like EliteKIT widgets, customized design, and 24/7 support, it still needs more flexibility in certain areas crucial for world-class businesses. For example, the reliance on manual moderation and limited customization options (e.g., custom CSS) might not meet the fast-paced needs of dynamic companies. Additionally, while it touts data export capabilities and analytics, the absence of more advanced integrations and automation could leave businesses struggling to scale efficiently. It’s not quite the powerhouse businesses need to stay ahead in today's competitive landscape.
Enterprise KIT
$/month
While this plan offers many impressive-sounding features, it needs to address the dynamic needs of large organizations fully. While 100+ sources, unlimited widgets, and unlimited page views are attractive, they don’t necessarily translate to meaningful improvements in engagement or performance. Customization is mentioned, but without precise details on how deeply these integrations can be tailored to a company’s specific infrastructure, it leaves much to be desired. The "assisted migration" and "onboarding" sound helpful, but often, these processes lack the agility required for complex setups or rapidly evolving business models. Furthermore, relying on "dedicated support" may be insufficient if the plan doesn't include proactive strategy and innovation to help businesses stay ahead in a competitive market.
SociableKIT provides essential customization features but lacks unique or standout design capabilities. While it covers the basics, users looking for highly interactive elements and deeper personalization might find it limiting.
While SociableKIT offers basic moderation tools, the absence of AI-driven sentiment analysis or more advanced filtering features may pose a challenge for users managing large volumes of content.
The analytics feature provides only surface-level insights, making it less useful for businesses that rely on data-driven content strategies.
SociableKIT’s pricing plans aim to cater to a range of users, but let’s just say the lineup feels more like a maze than a clear pathway. The variety is nice, but the lack of distinct value between tiers might leave you scratching your head (and your wallet).
The Free Plan is ideal for testing the waters. It offers basic functionality and zero customization freedom where brands remain locked in.
Elite Plan is where unlimited views and data exports enter the chat. It’s priced accordingly, but the lack of AI-driven insights or other cutting-edge features makes you wonder if it’s really elite or just… trying to stay relevant.
